We produce animation toys, baby products, electronic toys and intelligent plastic toys for global markets.
Most plastic toys are made from several plastic materials, including high-density and low-density polyethylene (LDPE, HDPE), polypropylene (PP), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polystyrene (PS, ABS), polycarbonate (PC), and polyester (PET). Read more
Usually we choose materials based on the customer's requirements and budget.
Prototype Development
We will produce a sample prototype based on the information and images you provide. We can also use your CAD and 3D files to print and modify the design. Sample costs will vary depending on the complexity of the product and the material processing required for production.
Testing & Validation
We will make a plastic sculpture based on your design pattern, or you can provide a immediately molded sculpture that we will reproduce. The initial sample sculpture or 3D printing typically takes 10-15 working days. We will make modifications according to your design until you are satisfied and approved. All modifications are free and unnecessary. After the sculpture looks good in the photo, we will make a pre-production sample for you to confirm the final design before formal production. If you decide not to produce, the samples are still in your possession.
Most plastics require complex moulds to be cast at high temperature and high pressure. The mold-making process usually takes 25-30 days. The actual production time after the plastic mold is usually about 30-45 days —— again, it depends on the number and complexity of each design. After the completion of production, the sea delivery time is about 30-40 days, and the air delivery time is about 2-10 days according to the freight company. Urted orders typically reduce total production time by about 40% at an additional fee. Urgent orders may also require designs that are ready to production. For our previously produced toys, the order again requires no production molds, so the production time is usually only 30-45 days of the regular production time.
How toy manufacturing costs are calculated
Pricing of each toy varies depending on its design, size, and quantity. Most of the cost of plastic toys comes from the cost of producing the molds. These molds are often very complex and require multiple parts to obtain the highest quality replica. We will reduce these costs as much as possible without sacrificing quality.
Mold & Production Cost
Our offer estimates the expected mold and manufacturing costs. After you approve the prototype and are ready to start production, we will offer a fixed price for both costs. These prices are typically valid for 30 days. If you provide shipping area codes and countries in your quotation request, we will also estimate the shipping rates.
Shipping & Logistics Cost
Calculating the exact shipping weight and volume before production is very difficult, but we can usually give you a general idea of the final cost of the toy being delivered to your doorstep or to the loading and unloading dock. When your order is completed, we will provide fixed quotes based on the actual measured weight and volume. We work with different carriers to negotiate minimum costs by air or sea. Transportation costs (especially shipping costs) may fluctuate over the year, depending on holidays and the world economy. Due to these fluctuations, shipping offers may only be guaranteed for 15-30 days.
Based on the information and images you provide, we will charge a small fee to make a sample prototype. Prototyping typically takes 7 – 10 days. We will constantly modify the design until you are satisfied and approved. All modifications are free and unnecessary. After the prototype looks good in the photo, we will send you the samples so that you can review the final design yourself. If you decide to continue production, the sample fee will be refunded as the deduction for the manufacturing order. If you decide not to start production, the samples remain owned to you.

We will create a sample prototype based on the information and images you provide. We can also use your CAD and 3D files to print and modify the design. Sample costs will vary depending on the complexity of the product and the material processing required for production.
We will create a plastic sculpture based on your design drawings, or you may provide a sculpture that is ready for immediate mold making, and we will proceed with replication production. The production time for the initial sample sculpture or 3D printing is usually 10–15 business days. We will make modifications according to your design until you are satisfied and give approval; all modifications are free of charge and no order is required. Once the sculpture looks good in photos, we will produce a pre-production sample for you to confirm the final design before mass production. If you decide not to proceed with production, the sample will still belong to you.
Most plastics require the creation of complex molds in order to be cast under high temperature and high pressure. The mold-making process usually takes 25–30 days. After the plastic molds are completed, the actual production time is typically around 30–45 days—again, this depends on the quantity and complexity of each design. After production is completed, sea freight delivery takes approximately 30–40 days, while air freight delivery takes about 2–10 days depending on the carrier. Rush orders can usually shorten the total production time by about 40%, but additional fees are required. Rush orders may also require designs that are ready for immediate production. For toys we have previously produced, reorders do not require new production molds, so the production time is typically only 30–45 days under standard production timelines.
The pricing of each toy varies depending on its design, size, and quantity. Most of the cost of plastic toys comes from the cost of producing molds. These molds are usually very complex and require multiple components to achieve the highest quality replicas. We strive to reduce these costs as much as possible without compromising quality.
Our quotes estimate the anticipated mold and manufacturing costs. Once you approve the prototype and are ready to begin production, we will provide fixed prices for these two costs. These prices are typically valid for 30 days. If you provide your postal code and country/region in your quote request, we will also estimate the shipping cost. It is very difficult to calculate the exact shipping weight and volume before production, but we can usually give you a general idea of the final cost for delivering the toys to your doorstep or loading dock. After your order is completed, we will provide a fixed quote based on the actual measured weight and volume. We work with different carriers to negotiate the lowest costs for air or sea freight. Shipping costs (especially sea freight costs) may fluctuate throughout the year depending on holidays and global economic demand for transportation. Due to these fluctuations, shipping quotes may only be guaranteed for 15–30 days.
Based on the information and images you provide, we will charge a small fee to create a sample prototype. Prototype production usually takes 7–10 days. We will continue to modify the design until you are satisfied and approve it. All revisions are free of charge, and there is no obligation to place an order. Once the prototype looks good in photos, we will send the sample to you so you can personally review the final design. If you decide to proceed with production, the sample fee will be refunded as a credit toward the manufacturing order. If you decide not to start production, the sample will still belong to you.

Once you approve the prototype, we will provide you with a manufacturing cost quote that is valid for a fixed period (usually 30 days or longer). It is very difficult to calculate the shipping weight and volume before production, but we can estimate the final cost of delivering the toys to your doorstep or loading dock. When your order is actually shipped, we will provide a fixed quote based on the actual measured weight and volume.
A TPE doll is a sex doll made of thermoplastic elastomer, a material that combines the properties of plastic and synthetic rubber. TPE dolls are widely popular for their soft, realistic touch and elasticity, making them a more lifelike alternative to silicone sex dolls.
There are several key differences between silicone dolls and TPE dolls. Here are some distinctions:
Texture and feel: Silicone dolls tend to be firmer and less flexible than TPE dolls, while TPE dolls feel softer and more realistic to the touch.
Price: TPE dolls are usually cheaper than silicone dolls, making them a more affordable option for people on a limited budget.
Durability: Silicone is more durable than TPE and less likely to tear or become damaged, whereas TPE is more fragile.
Heat resistance: Silicone is more heat-resistant than TPE. TPE may be damaged or deformed if exposed to high temperatures.
Cleaning: TPE dolls are more porous than silicone dolls, which makes them harder to clean and more prone to staining.
Realism: TPE dolls are often considered more realistic than silicone dolls because they are softer and more flexible, allowing for more lifelike poses and movements.
TPE Doll Customization Guide: Practical Ways to Personalize Your Doll
Many collectors choose TPE doll customization to create a more personal and realistic look. Because TPE material offers flexibility and lifelike texture, it allows a wide range of modifications. Below are some common and practical customization options.
Makeup Enhancement
Makeup plays a major role in TPE doll customization. Adding eyeshadow, lipstick, contour, or blush can define facial features and improve realism. High-quality cosmetics designed for silicone or TPE surfaces usually deliver better durability and finish.
Hairstyle Adjustment
Hair significantly affects overall appearance. Owners often trim, restyle, dye, or replace wigs to achieve a different look. Proper care during styling helps protect the doll’s scalp structure.
Clothing and Styling
Outfits, lingerie, and accessories instantly change a doll’s personality and presentation. Choosing fitted clothing also enhances body proportions and improves display aesthetics.
Body Custom Modifications
Some advanced TPE doll customization projects involve reshaping certain body features. This may include adjusting breast size or enhancing specific anatomical details. Specialized TPE repair materials are required to maintain surface consistency and elasticity.
Skin Tone and Detail Coloring
Selective dyeing of skin areas or detailing of nipples can improve realism. However, only products compatible with TPE material should be used to prevent staining or chemical damage.
Customizing a TPE doll requires patience and proper technique. Incorrect handling may damage the material permanently. Therefore, research each modification method carefully and consult experienced enthusiasts before starting any advanced TPE doll customization project.
